2. SMS Terms and Critical Alerts

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in via your dashboard, you consent to receive automated SMS alerts from Ad Spend Aegis regarding your website's checkout health, automated ad pause events, and resolution notifications.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on store incident activity.
• Pricing: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance.
• Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Service Limitations

Ad Spend Aegis is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for immediate downtime detection, we are not liable for external ad platform billing or missed downtime events.
